Many believed Apple would introduce USB-C with the release of the iPhone 14, but that didn't happen. So why is Apple taking so long to do it? Well, their official response is "For user convenience"

Apple said that iPhone customers have been using lightning cables, and if they switch to USB-C, then lighting cables will be useless and E-Waste will also increase.

Four years ago, iPad ditched the lighting port, so why iPhone's are taking time? I think the answer is Money.

When third-party company use MFi Certification in their Lighting Cable, they have to pay a licensing fee to use Apple. So, removing lighting port means losing a million dollar buisness.

Apple confirms that iPhone 15 will have USB-C in Europe because of new EU Law. But what about other country models? I think only European models will have USB-C, that is just my assumption.
